Plastic and Rubber
As the intensity supplement filler material and intensity semi-supplement material for plastic and rubber, our CCR,BT-3 has been extensively used in the plastic and rubber industry. It is efficient to increase or adjust the rigidity and flexibility of material as well as the bending intension, increase the dissolving and adherent with resin. It also may improve the rheology of plastic, incresase the stability of product size and heat-resistance and increase the light level of the product surface. Used in the NR,BR,SBR and other rubber systems, it is helpful to make the rubber easily mixed refined, easily detracted with soft rubber quality of mixed refine. It may increase the processing ability of suppressing and fluidity of modules. The vulcanized rubber therefore will have a smooth surface, long extensity, high tension-resistance strength, mild temporary deformation as well as good anti-bending capability and high anti-avulsion strength, with functions of intensity supplement or intensity semi-supplement, to replace all or most of carbon black or white carbon black. It is an excellent material of intensity supplement for the high color rubber products.
